All SAFA Members are encouraged to attend the Annual General Meeting.
Please note: Sub-section 7.01 of the Constitution states that “15% of the membership constitutes quorum at all general meetings. If quorum is not present, then a date is selected within two weeks and the members there shall constitute a quorum”.
Therefore, take notice that if a quorum is not present at the AGM at 4:00 pm Thursday, May 18, 2017, a second AGM is scheduled for 4:15 pm Thursday, May 18, 2017.
There will be a reception following the AGM for the Members who attend the AGM. You will be asked to present your AGM quorum count number in order to attend the reception.
