How could this impact you? &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Necessary Instructional Materials&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/safacalgary.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/sait-safa-collective-agreement-2020-2024-searchable.pdf\">Section 20<\/a>&nbsp;of our Collective Agreement states that SAIT must provide <strong>all academic staff <\/strong>members&nbsp;with the books, texts, software, and instructional materials deemed necessary by the employer to perform their job.&nbsp; This means that adjunct and casual contract instructors should be provided with complete course shells and learning materials, unless separate curriculum development contracts have been assigned.
