DESCRIPTION:Voting on an Advance Poll day is done by paper ballot(s) in the SAFA Office\, NN201\, Senator Burns Building.\n\nThere are two Advance Poll days\, Thursday\, May 02\, 2019 and Monday\, May 13\, 2019.\n\nThe date of the Electronic Election is Wednesday\, May 22\, 2019.  Provided you haven’t voted in the Advanced Polls\, you will receive an email from SAFA/Survey Monkey that provides a unique link to vote (unique to you).  The link is good from 10 am to 4 pm on the day of Wednesday\, May 22\, 2019.\n\nThe positions up for election this year are:\n\nAcademic Council – One Representative for Division I\, Division II\, Division III & Division IV. Only members from the respective Divisions may nominate and vote.  These positions are for a two year term.  (July 1\, 2019 – June 30\, 2021)\n\nBoard of Governor – One Representative for a two year term.  (July 1\, 2019 – June 30\, 2021) The Faculty Board of Governors representatives also serve on\, and are full voting members of Faculty Council.  All members may nominate and vote.\n\n
