SUMMARY:2017 Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:All SAFA Members are encouraged to attend the Annual General Meeting. \nPlease note:  Sub-section 7.01 of the Constitution states that “15% of the membership constitutes quorum at all general meetings.  If quorum is not present\, then a date is selected within two weeks and the members there shall constitute a quorum”. \nTherefore\, take notice that if a quorum is not present at the AGM at 4:00 pm Thursday\, May 18\, 2017\, a second AGM is scheduled for 4:15 pm Thursday\, May 18\, 2017. \nThere will be a reception following the AGM for the Members who attend the AGM. You will be asked to present your AGM quorum count number in order to attend the reception.
