DESCRIPTION:We will hold our annual general meeting (AGM) on Wednesday\, May 31st at 3:45 pm.  Members can attend either in-person or online.   Please contact Kathie Dann if you would like to attend in person as seating is limited. To attend online via Teams\, use the attached calendar appointment or click the link: http://bit.ly/43pW9kK \n\n\n\nMotions for the AGM agenda must be submitted in via email to safa@sait.ca no later than Wednesday\, May 3rd at 4:00pm.  No motions will be accepted from the floor at the annual general meeting.  If you have questions regarding what constitutes a motion\, please contact the SAFA office.   Other business typically occurring at the AGM includes approval of the budget. The complete AGM agenda will be sent out one week before the meeting.
