The SAFA First Award is awarded annually to a member of SAIT management (Academic Chair or higher) who demonstrates the SAIT FIRST ethics (Fairness, Integrity, Respect, Safety, Transparency) and meets SAIT’s CORE values:
- Do what they say they will do
- Accountable for their actions
- Treat people they way they would like to be treated
